Dear Rodney:
        My students and I anticipate participating in Race and Ethnic
Relations: Conflict Resolution at Level 2 but we may fall back a level
or two if we run into management problems.  This is the first time that
anyone has attempted a course of this nature (over the Web) at this
institution and I have some apprehension.  However, I've done the
reading and I'm very excited, introduced the idea to my students and
they are very excited, and with some help I'd like to maintain our Level
2 committment.
