Hello Miami Panhellenic Reps,
With another bid day fast approaching, Greek Spirit will once again be working with the Miami Panhellenic Association on the annual Sorority Sportswear Fundraiser. We are looking to continue with the same procedure as the last few years which is to drop a three bag set of preprinted sorority sportswear with each of the campuses Panhellenic reps and have them setup and sell to the chapter members a couple of times.
All the items left with you are available for immediate sale and custom orders are always welcome(and no shipping fees added on). The set will be left over a two week period. A couple of two hour setups is all it takes to have some great sales which will benefit Panhellenic(who receives 5% of the total Miami sales), and also yourself. You earn a minimum of $75.00 in credit for helping out. Or 12% of your total sales, whichever amount gives you more to shop with.
There are always a few new items and this year we have added the American Apparel v-neck tee with sew on greeks and a new pocketed lounge pants with lettering on either the front leg or on the back. Some new patterns and colors are available too.
What I need from each of you asap is a reply with your name and cell number. I will then reply with the two days we will be on campus making the sportswear set drops. This will be during the week following your Sunday/17th bid day. Most likely it will be Wednesday and Thursday of that week.
Please reply back as soon as you can, so I can get rolling on arranging the 30 minute drop meetings at each of your chapter suites. Then another 30 minute meeting will be needed two weeks later to pick up what is left along with the sales $$ and any custom orders.

we had two big banquets and transitions scheduled for this week - one was tuesday, one is tonight and transitions are tomorrow! after that, I have all the free time in the world.
