I have no problem speaking with David this week, if he can fit us in.  Bruce, can you go ahead and follow-up with him?  If he can't make Friday, then can you see if he can make our next meeting.

Depends on the purpose, and how many more meetings we really need.



I was assuming next meeting we would decide on the basic structure of

the process, and establish at least a first draft of the text

explaining it.



I would thus expect that the second meeting should go over final

details of that, and figure out what else we need to do.



So if I have that right, where would people like the input? My impulse

is that sooner is better than later, but have no strong opinion.
