Hi Everyone,

The 2011 Buddy Walk is approaching quickly. This year is the 10th Buddy Walk and the 30th anniversary of the Down Syndrome Association. I would love to have a lot of people come down to enjoy the day and support the DSAGC. There are 2 adult teams you can participate on. The A-Marika Dancers and the Awesome Advocates.

The A-Marika Dancers will be on a stage on the Serpentine Wall. They dance during the walk. Many families and Mascots stop by for a dance or two. You do not have to participate in the Ballroom Dance classes to be part of this team. If you, your friends and family enjoy dancing register with A-Marika Dance Team want to join the fun! I will be going to dance class September 7th to drop off t-shirts and information.

The Awesome Advocates is a walking team. There is a new route this year. Bring your friends and family to enjoy a nice walk by the river and stay for all the activities of the After Party. I can deliver shirts or meet you somewhere.

Go to http://dsagc.donordrive.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=DonorDrive.eventDetails&eventID=524 . Click on Register now and then choose the team.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need information
