        Dr. Doris Bergen and I are contacting you to assist you with your
Spring, 2001, schedule. We would like for you to come and meet with us
according to the following schedule (i.e., day, time and room location).

Please note: If you can't attend your scheduled date, please attend another
session but arrive 30 minutes late on that day. This is so we can finish up
with the group of students who are designated to receive assistance. We
will then be able to assist you more fully. PLEASE EMAIL OR CALL (LEAVE
MESSAGE ON VOICE MAIL) DR. BROWN SO THAT I KNOW YOU RECEIVED THIS MESSAGE
AND INFORM ME IF YOU ARE ATTENDING.
