A Teacher Job Fair will be held on Tuesday, March 30, from 8:30 to 5:00.
Representatives from across Ohio and the Tri-state area will be available to discuss
job opportunities. While it is not specifically aimed at special educators, many of the
participating districts have indicated their acute need forr special education teachers
in every license area. Indianapolis Public Schools are particulalry anxious to meet
with special education and mathematics teachers. The morning is set aside as a
time when you can view materials and opportunities, then sign up for individual
sessions with districts you find interesting. For those of you graduating in the next
two semesters, it offers the opportunity to get a jump on the job search.

Though the deadline is technically past, those of you who need to apply for field or
content blocks for next year should do so as soona s possible. Applications are
available from Patty Swanson in McGuffey Hall. We will bbegin reviewing them
Monday.
