Please pass this along to any individuals that you think may be interested in donating or even be on the receiving end of donated items.

For those of you moving out this week and have items or roommates with items that are no longer needed, please consider donating items to ShareFest. This is a non-profit group that collects reusable goods during move-out and redistributes them to individuals in need in the local communities. Check out their Web site at www.muohio.edu/sharefest<http://www.muohio.edu/sharefest> for information on donating or even volunteering. If you are unable to get the items to the main facility (old Big Lots building in the Kroger complex) you can schedule a pickup through the Web site.

For those of you living in residence halls, there should be a box in one of the community areas designated for ShareFest donations.

Here is just an idea of items they accept:
Non-perishable food
Furniture
School Supplies
Lamps
Fans
Clothing
Bedding
Kitchenware
Appliances
Televisions
etc.
