Dear ATHG list members,

The following quesions relate to my current project, which is a brief
biography of an early English pioneer of medical temperance:

I wonder if any of you have information about the London Medical Temperance
Society est about 1845? I suppose your main area of interest is America, but
hope springs eternal...

I am also interested in early temperance dispensaries (1830s or 1840s) - did
you have such things in America?

And I am interested in early medical temperance periodicals (same period) -
would any of you know of the existence of any? Of course if anyone happened
to know of any in London, that would be better still...

Regards to all,

Stephen
