Dear Student,

While many writing courses have already filled for the spring semester, I am emailing to inform you of a brand new course for this Spring 2016: EDP 324 Research and Applied Writing Across the Disciplines. This course is intended for a multidisciplinary cadre of students who are interested in learning how to produce professional writing using APA style. This course will satisfy your curiosity for research, and it fulfills the new Advanced Writing requirement for the Miami Plan. 

This would be an excellent course for students who are

·         Interested in reading and writing research

·         Interested in improving their own academic writing

·         Thinking of attending graduate school

·         Completing a 4+1 plan of study

·         Doing research

Course Details:

·         3 credit hours

·         Meets M, W 10-11:20am

·         Includes course discussions, writing workshops, continual feedback on term writing project

·         Taught by Dr. Joseph E. Schroer
