Dear Colleagues,
Do your students still need a FND IIIB Global Course for Spring 2016? If you do, please consider advising them to register for BTE 402: Cross Cultural Leadership Skills.
BTE 402 is a 100% online course using an inter-disciplinary approach, so all majors are welcome.
Here is the course description: BTE 402 Cross Cultural Leadership Skills (3)
Today's global business environment makes cross-cultural leadership a critical skill. This course will help you foster international awareness, appreciate global diversity and adapt to different business and social settings. It will explore business practices, communication and decision-making styles across countries. The course will focus on effective leadership skills of business development, negotiation, and motivation. This is a hands-on course that will include case studies, self-reflection papers and an in-depth country report. Contact Dr. Chen Ferguson ([log in to unmask]) about the possibility of waiving pre-requisites.
FYI, BTE 402 - Cross Cultural Leadership Skills will be offered every Fall and Spring Semester, so please consider integrating it into your academic program.
If you want to know about more about BTE 402, including Oxford students’ experiences with this online course during Fall 2015, I will be happy to provide additional information.
Have a great semester!
