The EHS Partnership Office and its affiliated departments are excited to provide EHS students an opportunity to become certified in the Crisis Prevention Institute's Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training. As the leading training program in schools, residential programs, and other social services across the nation, CPI's program will give you techniques to manage classrooms and de-escalate individuals who are at risk for getting aggressive or prone to having disruptive meltdowns.
This training is offered to EHS students at no cost and will occur on Tuesday Feb 9th and Feb 26th from 4:30-8:30 in 121 McGuffey.
Students must register HERE if interested in order to attend. Space is limited in each training so registration will be on a first come, first serve basis. Once capacity is reached, students will be placed on a waiting list.
