Subscriptions to the Social History of Alcohol Review come with membership
in the Alcohol and Temperance History Group.  Renewals are due each Fall.
Checks should be payable to the Alcohol and Temperance History Group and in
United States funds.  To the best of my knowledge, current charges are
US$15 for North American members, US$20 for members in other countries and
for institutional members and libraries.  Dues should be sent to the
secretary-treasurer:
