The latest catalog from Johns Hopkins Press lists a paperback reprint of W.
Scott Haine, The World of the Paris Cafe, a revised edition of Lowell
Edmunds, Martini, Straight Up, Catherine Gilbert Murdock, Domesticating
Drink, and Jill Jonnes, Hep-Cats, Narcs, and Pipe Dreams : A History of
America's Romance with Illegal Drugs (1999). By the way Jill Jonnes is
listed as having curated the new U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration
Museum's exhibit, "Illegal Drugs in America: A Modern History." Does
anyone know when this exhibit is being held and other details?
