The American Historical Association has announced its program committee and
deadlines for the meetings in NYC, January 1997.  For the concurrent ATHG meet-
ing what are the program procedures?  In some years there is a joint session.
Generally there is also a session or two sponsored solely by the ATHG.  Alas! I
won't be at the Atlanta meetings in January 1996.
