Does anyone know who owns Palmer's Index to the Times 1790-1910 CD Rom.
Chadwyk Healey. I have a colleague who has asked me at the University of
Louisville to check it out for him. Louisville cannot help. surprise!
surprise!
He is doing some journalistic work on the newspaper, and looking at the
diversity of this group, I'm sure one of you can help. Thankyou.
If there is one person I intend to go out my way to visit, that will be
Rod Phillips, when I get back from Europe. His latest notation to a
query was very impressive. Particulary the speed he replied. A great
assett to all of us.
