The Social History of Alcohol Review will be mailed later this month.  A
subscription is part of membership in the Alcohol and Temperance History
Group organization.  Annual membership dues are US$15 North American
members, US$20 for members in other ocuntries, and US$20 for institutional
members and libraries in checks payable to the Alcohol and Temperance
