I've already replied to Gretchen privately but for the benefit of the list, for
the 1920s and 1930s activity outside the US, including Mexico, the best source
are within the microfilm papers already mentioned  from the Ohio Historical
Society and discussed in Jimmerson, Blouin and Isetts, <<Guide to the Microfilm
Edition of Temperance and Prohibition Papers>> :-- the series on the World
League against Alcoholism (Series XI) and the Scientific Temperance Federation
Series 9) (and of course the <<Union Signal>>, also on microfilm. There is also
material at the Evanston HQ on such women as Addie Northam Fields, who  did
temperance missionary work in Mexico, but this is best first approached through
the <<Union Signal>>
