I wonder if anybody in AHTG could help with this one? I have asked
my book supply agent also, but who knows, the subject knowledge may be the
best pointer.

I am looking for a book by Amanda Forman (I think this is the
right spelling) on the history of the temperance movement. It is assumed
that it's relatively recent. Its country of origin is unknown.

I have only found Amanda For(e)man writing about Georgiana Duchess of
Devonshire, which, whilst it might conceivably mention alcohol, I cannot see
that as a history of the temperance movement! Would you see if you can do
any better please?

Many thanks
