The American Historical Association annual meeting for the year 2000 will
be held in Chicago, 6-9 January.  The Program Committee has announced a
single deadline for submission: February 15, 1999.  Please mail four copies
of the complete proposal (including the cover sheet and the items specified
in the checklist) to Claire Moses, 2101 Woods Hall, University of Maryland,
College Park, MD 20742-4525.  All materials can be found on the AHA's web
site at htpp://chnm.gmu.edu/aha under "annual meeting."
