The Ohio Historical Society (Columbus) has rich resources for the 19th and
20th centuries, courtesy of the Anti-Saloon League of America which once
was headquartered in nearby Westerville.  A few years ago I contributed a
small SHAR article on non-USA serials that, perhaps surprisingly, are at
the OHS.  Presumably they were "exchanges" sent by non-USA temperance
publishers.
