Don't all rush out and buy this book. I read it the other day in a couple 
of hours. Much of it simply recounts Van Munching's own experiences in
marketing Heineken. There is some quite interesting material on the
marketing of beer in the last couple of decades, but virtually nothing that
could be described as history.
