When speaking of brewing tea or coffee, the word brew means to make
a flavored liquid by steeping or infusing. In the beer brewing process
you also do the same thing with the mash (the grains). However the
entire process of making beer including fermentation is also called
brewing. I'm not sure where Lea & Perrin's falls. I'm intrigued
though.
