A few days ago, Robin Room recommended to the list members my "Virtual
library" on the net, which - as far as I know - is the net's largest
collection of links to mostly research-based full-text documents on alcohol
and drug problems.

I now discover that using the address http://www.bks.no/biblio.htm does not
function very well, because when choosing a menu item, the large file starts
loading into a new window.

Instead, I recommend using the address http://www.bks.no/online.htm. It
works much better, just ignore the menu in the narrow left frame (which is
in Norwegian only).

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused by the address I had given to Robin.
