Martha M. Pickrell is the author of a biography and anthology, _Emma Speaks
Oout: Life and Writings of Emma Molloy (1839-1907)_ (Carmel, Indiana: Guild
Press, 1999), ISBN 1-57860-073-1. Emma Molloy was a prominent writer and
speaker on temperance, spousal abuse, and women's rights. She edited
several publications.

Only a fraction of the research behind the book could be published, so
Martha Pickrell has desposited copies of a multi-volume research collection
to the archives of the Northern Indiana Historical Society in South Bend
and to the Indiana Historical Society Library in Indianapolis. This series
of "scrapbooks" includes material from over 150 libraries and archives in
23 states, Canada, and England.
