I just wanted to introduce myself to your group.  I am the Clinical
Director of a US Army outpatient treatment program for alcohol and drugs
at Ft Wainwright, Alaska (Fairbanks).  I also teach part time at the
University of Alaska, Fairbanks.
I have published a book about Alaska's early alcohol history (Alaska Hooch,
available directly from me at $15) and am working on something that will be
hopefully more useful to people outside Alaska.
I hope to have some help to others by being in your group.
