The 1999 SHAR has been mailed.  If they haven't already received them,
North American subscribers can expect to get their copies this week.  The
2000 SHAR should go to the printers sometime this month.  And beginning
this year the SHAR becomes a quarterly.  Many thanks to co-editors Scott
Haine and Jon Miller and also to Bill Pittman and the other folks at the
Hazelden Foundation who did the printing and mailing.  If non-subscribers
