I really don't think that the listserv group should be moderated. It is a
small group, and members should surely be relied upon to judge whether they
are sending a message that might interest several others or whether it is
directed at one person only - in which case it should be sent directly to
that person and not to the listserv address. It is simply a matter of not
just clicking on the "Reply" button if it is a personal message. "Think
before you click," or whatever an appropriate slogan might be.
