Many thanks to Richard for the above reference. I discover that the
journal is not available in the UK -BLL and I would love to see a
copy could any kind soul obtain a copy for me.
 
Sorry for the begging letter but money transfer of small amounts from
the UK to USA are extremely expensive and a collegue who had a dollar
