I probably already gave you information on my book (The Culture of Drink in
the Early Modern German City) as a forthcoming 2000 publication. Although I
sent my manuscript to U. of Va. press in 1998, and got a contract in 1999,
they have just informed me that it probably won't appear until 2001.  Let
me know if you need any more information, on the off-chance that you can
still include it...
