The National Archives in College Park, Maryland does have Bureau of
Prohibition records. You can get basic information on their holdings on the
Web. (www.nara.gov). I think they are in record group 170. I talked to a
librarian there a few years ago and was not very encouraged by the
descriptions of what they had. I think you'll have better luck with the
Federal District Court records for the New Orleans District.
