Hey Team-

This email should help everyone understand what we have to get done and
who will be doing what. As I am sure you all realize, we have a million
things to do in the next few weeks. Below is a list of everyone one the
team and the responsibilities they have for our project. If anyone has
any ideas, suggestions, complaints, let me know. Here is everyone's
responsibilities:

Todd-
In charge of completion of prototype plane. The prototype needs to get
in the air asap. We need to put the finishing touches on it and make
sure we have a pilot. There is not necessarily a 'deadline' for this,
but I say we shoot for the middle of next week at the latest.

Sarah-
In charge of drafting computer graphic of our final aircraft. You will
need to work with everyone to know exact dimensions for the final
design. The drawing(s) need to be completed asap... before March 1st so
we can turn them in with our final report to Dr. Stenger. if you need
help, I would be glad to lend hand (if we choose to use solid edge).
Also, in charge of working with manufacturing deptartment to assure we
have all plans in line for travel to and from KANSAS!

Kyle-
In charge of construction of new, final design aircraft. I will be
getting started on the wings asap and making sure we have all necessary
parts/materials. Also, coordinating everything thats going on with
gettin our project successfully done on time.

Grant-
In charge of delegating work to everyone to assure we have the final
report completed by March 1st for Dr. Stenger and Tom's review. You will
need to break up the remaining segments (as we did with the conceptual
and preliminary design) and delegate out responsibilities to everyone.

Bob-
In charge of finalizing all design parameters for competition plane.
This includes functioning of water dropping mechanism, landing gear
location, size/shape of tail (does not have to be same as prototype),
length of fuselage, and design of tube-to-carbon fiber rod apparatus.
These design parameters and numbers need to be determined through the use
of Sarah's Model Aircraft book and need to be finalized in time to
include them in the report (by march 1). Also, work with Grant to
organize our poster for next week's Expo. We need you to go through and
figure out exatly what it is that we need for the poster and delegate
different tasks to everyone on the team. Make sure everyone has gotten a
start on their part before Thursday so can meet and talk about our
progress.

Entire Team-
We need to meet asap to touch bases and get our poster done for next
monday. Lets plan on meeting thursday the 19th at noon in culler 1.
Until then, lets get started on everything. If you need a key to get
work done, call me (461 1558) or just hunt down Tom for a key. I will be
around wednesday from 11am-1pm and 2pm-3/4pm in culler 1 if anyone wants
to join me.

I know this is alot, but we all need to step up and get our own stuff
done. Everyone will obviously have to help everyone else out with all of
this. Again, if anyone has any problems, please let the team know.
THANKS!

Kyle
