Lindsay and Seth,

This is a great idea--you might want to touch base with Dionn Tron in university communications if the channel is not specifically AIMS branded and is instead more generally Miami branded. I know UC is working (very slowly it seems) toward establishing Miami's presence in various social media sites.

Are you looking for just AIMS specific materials?

Heidi

Subject: Video Blitz

Seth Cluett and I are on a mission. It’s Seth’s idea, and a good one. We are about to put Miami on the Web. Not that old web, but the new one with video. We’re starting modestly with a few YouTube channels. As Seth noticed, we are the only top 10 undergraduate institutions without a YouTube channel. Can you please forward (via email for small files, CD or DVD via interoffice mail for large files) any high quality content you’d like to upload, and we’ll upload them for you. I’m going to start with IMS content and move outward. I've dedicated Friday to this task.

Here’s some examples of the type of content we are looking to receive:

It's a great opportunity to promote our school and your work. Feel free to include content from your work, student work, and client work. As always, we should balance intellectual property rights. Thanks for your help!
