We are once again soliciting your input on Information Technology (IT) in the College. Your feedback on our previous survey in November was extremely helpful in identifying the strengths and weaknesses in College IT support. You are welcome to view a summary of its findings:

This information has been very important in guiding on-going discussions in the College and in the University about IT support and possible changes ahead. Having faculty input into these decisions is critical, and we're pleased to serve as a mechanism to collect these valuable data. On behalf of the committee, we thank you for your contributions to this effort.

At this time, we are collecting NEW data to better understand hardware support, software support, and equipment replacement. Accordingly, we ask that you complete a brief on-line questionnaire to provide data that will help us identify challenges and opportunities for IT development in the College. For example, right now the College does not have a policy on computer replacement, and to consider such steps, we need better data to understand our needs. We have worked to ensure that it will only take a few minutes to complete. Your responses are anonymous. As fellow faculty, we understand that time is our most valuable resource. With this in mind, we hope you can share a few minutes to provide valuable feedback on these important issues that greatly influence our productivity and happiness.
