Next semester there are several IMS/ENG courses that may be of particular interest to AIMS students. Thank you for spreading the word about these courses:

IMS 224 Digital Writing and Rhetoric: Composing with Words, Images and Sound (a foundation course in the IMS major)

IMS 411/511 Visual Rhetoric (this course focuses on design and publication and involves client-based projects; one section is offered in the evening one night a week)

IMS 238 Narrative and Technology (the gaming class Laura and then Sean used to teach, focuses on the narrative design of computer games, an especially useful class for students interested in gaming)

IMS 416/516 Writing for Global Audiences (this class examines intercultural communication practices, useful for anyone working in interactive media in global contexts)
