What: An INROADS presentation by Manager, Michael Blanchard

Why: To learn more information about INROADS (a minority based internship
organization)

I am apart of INROADS which is a national paid-internship organization
with the following mission:

"To develop and place talented minority youth in business and industry and
prepare them for corporate and community leadership."

INROADS facilitates the contacts between talented minorities and over 200
companies including Procter, Kraft, Kroger, Target, Limited Brands,
Delloitte, PriceWaterHouseCoopers, Cintas, and many many more.

Potential INROADS interns communicate to INROADS staff what kind of career
they are looking for and the INROADS staff sets up the potential intern
with a company that will be a good fit.
