Subject: University Update

Senators,

Below is an e-mail we just sent out over the Greek listserv since there are a lot of people off-campus confused as to what is going on around campus and Oxford. If you are an off-campus Senator, please spread the word to those living around you. I will keep you all posted throughout the day.

Meals are available at all dining hall locations during normal hours:

7am-10:30am
11am-2pm
5pm-7pm

King Cafe is also open from 7am-11pm.

King Library, Shriver Center, and the Health Center are open today. Please remind those living both on and off-campus to avoid any downed wires and large tree branches. Limbs are still falling from several trees. Pedestrians proceed with caution. Meeting will be held this afternoon with University officials, and a decision on classes tomorrow will be made shortly after 3pm.

If anyone is interested in clean-up efforts, please stay out of way of Miami and Oxford clean-up crews. University will advise on how to help with clean-up efforts once danger has passed. Also be wary of food that has thawed or produce or dairy that has not been refigerated. Please check Miami's website at www.muohio.edu<http://www.muohio.edu/> for continued updates and information.

Love and Honor,

Dr. Barabra Jones, Vice-President for Student Affairs
Dr. Susan Mosley-Howard, Dean of Students
Mike Scott, Student Body President
