To all,

Thank you for those who have submitted Funding Applications. I have 16
groups on record as submitting Eligibility Forms, and only 12 as
submitting Budget Forms. However, only ONE group has turned in the
printed and signed copy of the Application. You must turn in ALL
information to us; if we do not have a signed form, then we do not know
if your group actually submitted the form. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE.
Applications are due, both online and printed, by DECEMBER 4th. I need
time to compile the information, copy them, and get the Eligibility
Forms to Senate before the semester is over, because Senate's
eligibility process begins at the FIRST MEETING next semester. If there
are extenuating circumstances preventing you from completing this in a
timely manner, then you must notify myself or VP for Management Mary
Ringenbach of this ahead of time. Excuses on December 4th at 4:59pm will
not be accepted. Remember, you only have 5 days after we return to get
this done! The forms can be completed from elsewhere if you have
internet access, then turn in the hard copies when you get back.

IF YOU DO NOT GET EVERYTHING TURNED IN ON TIME, YOUR GROUP WILL NOT
RECEIVE FUNDING FOR 1999-2000!! It is that simple.

Please don't rule yourself out of funding for next year!
