Dear student orgs,

Due to confusion in the funding schedule and the times that we had our
room reserved, and due to the numerous empty time slots next week, we
have had to completely revamp the funding hearing schedule. Some of you
will have to sign up for new slots; I will be calling you this weekend,
and I will list these groups in this email, so that you can email me if
you would like. Please note that the locations of these meetings vary
from day to day. Some of you will retain the same time slot, but be in a
room directly across the hall from the other one (122 instead of 120
Kreger).

For those who signed up for Saturday, 3/27, we have had to move this
meeting to Sat. 3/20, at the same time. I would like to simply shift you
directly to this Saturday, but again, I'll be in contact. Thanks.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE sign up for the earliest hearing that you can.
Otherwise, times may go unfilled, and groups may be shut out of the
process. Please do this as a courtesy to the other organizations as well
as our committee.

Here is the new schedule. If the time that you signed up for is still
listed, then you are fine, but note that Mondays will be in 122 Kreger
instead of 120. If not, I will call you, and list your group's name at
the bottom. Thank you very much and I apologize for the inconvenience.
If you are not sure if your group is eligible for funding please contact
Mike Bruggeman at 9-6019 and ask him. Thank you.
