Hey everyone, great work getting your Funding Applications in this week!
I'm really excited, it looks as though we may have more groups applying
than ever before!
If you do not see your organization in the list on the first part of the
Budget Form ("Part II"), it is for one of two reasons. Either I did not
expect your group to apply for whatever reason, or because your group
was not on the list of registered organizations that Student Activities
gave to me on 11/16. Whenever I receive an Eligibility Form (these are
emailed to me; I know as soon as you apply), if I do not see your group
on my list, then I will add you to that drop-box on the Budget Form.
However, this is only until I check the Student Activities office to see
whether or not you have actually turned in the blue form. Tomorrow I
will be checking that the several groups have actually registered.
If you do not see your group on the list, please email and I will add
you, double checking that you have actually registered as a student org.
No group that is not a registered student organization by Friday,
December 11th will be eligible for funding, NO EXCEPTIONS. At that point
I will be copying all of the Eligibility Forms for Senate, who will
begin reviewing them first thing next semester. I am not about to spend
my finals week taking last minute applications and waiting for people to
register at the last minute.
Thank you, and keep those forms coming! Remember, I need hard copies as
well!
