Dr. Burch,
I, too, would be interested in reviewing your manuscript. I’m a member of ATEG, and I teach grammar for our pre-service teachers every semester, with a focus on rhetorical grammar. I also teach intro to linguistics and the history of English at our institution.

To Whom:
I have extensive experience reviewing books for ATEG. Not only did I review several books, I served as Book Review Editor for SYNTAX IN SCHOOLS, the journal associated with ATEG, for a number of years.
I wonder if you are interested.

Hello Dr. Burch,
I'm interested in reviewing your book. We actually corresponded several years ago (2008-2009) when I wrote to you regarding A Writer's Grammar.
Hearing that you're producing another title pleases me, and I look forward to the possibility of sharing my perspective on it.
Kind regards,
Richard Grant

Dear Fellow Grammarians,
I am searching for some colleagues who may be willing to be a reviewer for my grammar/rhetoric book manuscript that is being considered for publication by Routledge | Francis & Taylor.
The book is a unique grammar text that teaches grammar through writing and for writers; it integrates rhetorical principles into the teaching of grammar. The audience for the book is both undergraduate and graduate students, and the book could be used for a grammar course for English and English education or a class in introductory linguistics. It is also helpful for creative writers, both poets and writers of fiction and creative non-fiction—and it has been used to prepare peer tutors for the Writing Center. It is also suitable for high school AP and IB students: I have taught these materials at the secondary level.
So . . . if you have taught, are teaching, or plan to teach any grammar or writing class for these audiences or purposes, please let me know. The book could be a core text for many courses and a supplementary text for others.
I don't know that there is an honorarium for this endeavor, but it would definitely be a "professional service" item on your c.v. Regardless, I'd appreciate hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
Best regards,
Beth Burch
