Sharon,
     Two issues on the British curriculum: Vol. 16, No. 3 (Winter 2000)
carried "Grammar in the schools: NOtes from the British Front" by Alison
Sealey.  Vol. 17, No. 2 (Winter 2001) features "Grammar Teaching and The
Development of Writing Skills in the UK" by Anthea Fraser Gupta et al.
