Reinhold, please feel free to say what you please.  I've always refrained
from mentioning my book on the ATEG listserv.  It doesn't seem right to me
to push your own porducts on these exchanges.  But I'm happy to be
mentioned.  I'd probably be upset if you didn't mention me.

 I think, by the way, that Herb has made a good list, with fair analyses.  Max
