In the course of looking for literary works to use in the KISS
Curriculum I ran across "The Cataract of Lodore" by Robert Southey. 156
of the 565 words in the poem function as gerundives (verbal
adjective/adverbs). It's a funny poem, in part as a result of the
syntax. If you think you might want to use it in your own classes, you
