Hello! My name is Chris Good and I'm running for ASG President. I've been
a part of Student Government since freshman year, both in my Hall Council,
within the Residence Hall Association, and this year as a Vice President
within ASG. I've led some incredible efforts this year- opening up an
additional 50,000 dollars for student clubs, raising 20,000 dollars and
500lbs of supplies for Hurricane Survivors, and distributing 2500 safety
whistles after the campus assaults.
I want to continue to work to improve Miami's campus, and I have some
great ideas about how to get started. If you want more information about
my plans to improve campus safety, combat overcrowding in our libraries,
increase diversity, and control parking fines, please
visit my website www.votechrisgood.com.
Many candidates make big promises, but I've followed through on every
improvement I promised when running for Vice President last year.
I'd encourage you to read the Unanimous endorsement of the Miami
Student (www.miamistudent.net), which provides a balanced view of my
goals. Voting has never been easier- you just log into Blackboard and
look under My Organization Sites for ASG elections. Thanks for your
consideration! And remember
Vote GOOD for a BETTER Miami!
-Chris Good
