case workshop that will take place next Monday. All details are below:
Dear Sophomore & Junior Business Students,
Many of you are pursuing consulting firms during your career search.
Consulting firms such as Deloitte, Bain, McKinsey, Accenture, etc conduct
their interviews through case based questions. Career Services does not
provide any formal training on how to do case based interviews. Because of
this issue, the business school has contracted with an outside expert to
conduct a workshop on how to successfully nail the case interview. Space is
limited and an RSVP is required to attend. Please email [log in to unmask]

Case Interview Workshop

Marc Cosentino (See Bio Below) is a case question expert and author
of "Case in Point: Complete Case Interview Preparation," will demystify the
case interview. He will take students inside a typical case interview by
exploring the various types of case questions and share a system that will
help you answer today's most sophisticated case questions that may be
presented during the job search. In the past, case questions used to be
for consulting interviews, the trend has changed and we are finding more
companies in different industries utilizing this interview technique.
Marc Cosentino is a case question expert and author of Case in Point:
Complete Case Interview Preparation. Marc has over twenty years of
experience with case questions. He has written well over a hundred cases,
while coaching, preparing and training more than eight thousand Harvard
students and alumni. He has written three books involving cases and
consulting. Cosentino has given workshops to students at numerous colleges
and MBA programs and has held training sessions for career services
professionals. He has consulted with and designed cases for private sector
firms, government agencies and nonprofits.
Cosentino is the president of CaseQuestions.com and the former Associate
Director of Career Services at Harvard for 18 years. Marc is a graduate of
Harvard's Kennedy School of Government and the University of Denver.
