Due to legislative action taken by the Ohio General Assembly on May 22nd,
the TEL/TABOR petition has been withdrawn and will not appear on the
November 2006 ballot in Ohio. 

Therefore, The Fiscal Impacts of Ohio’s TEL/TABOR Constitutional Amendment
meeting originally scheduled for June 8, 2006 at 7:00 PM on the campus of
Miami University has been cancelled.
