We just received word from our National Association (NATaT) that the US 
House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure is now accepting 
project requests to be included in the upcoming reauthorization of the Safe, 
Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act (SAFETEA-LU).  If 
you are interested in submitting a road project for federal funding 
consideration, you must follow the reform principles (attached) and must 
submit your project in terms of the attached questionnaire.

All requests should be sent to your US representative no later than 
Thursday, May 7, as the deadline for submissions to the Committee is May 8.
