Note the following concerns/questions related to items in  the attached 
document from the OTA:

House Hearings -
p. 5 - SB218 - Township Zoning - Related to Amateur Station Antenna 
Structures - legislation does not deal with setback requirements as it 
relates to placement on property in relationship to the neighbors

p. 6 HB276 (Senate version SB162) - Telecom Deregulation - Still in 
committee, but trying to seek compromises

Senate Hearings -
p. 8 - SB94 - Police/Firefighter/EMS Workers - What impact would this have 
on medical claims? long term disability? retirement benefits? hiring 
practices? Would individuals bad habits or prior conditions be taken into 
consideration? When they say it has a minimal impact on the retirement 
system, what does this mean?
