Hello Everyone,

Just a final reminder that I need to know whether you plan to attend the BCTA Annual Banquet on Thursday, October 13, 2011 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Elks Country Club.

PLEASE let me know by this Thursday, October 6 so I can make reservations.  As in planning any event like this, it is very helpful to have as near accurate head count as possible so that there is plenty of food and drink for everyone.  Also, it is helpful if you pay in advance so we know whether you are coming.

Many of you have attended this event in the past so you know it is a good time.  Please take the time to follow up with your response.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me at [log in to unmask] or by home phone 738-2543.  (I cannot take phone calls during 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)  However, I will return your cal the evening that you call me and leave a message.
