> James E. Miller, Liberty Township Clerk from July 11, 1983 through December 31, 1991, passed away on March 23, 2009. He was the beloved husband of Betty Miller and devoted father of Dennis (Maria), Louise Miller and Ruth Ann Miller. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. We remember Jim for his understanding of the challenges that faced Liberty Township and for his genuine concern, enthusiasm, and true commitment to the township.
